Bay Six Half Marathon Training Week - #6


Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #6 - 1/30/2012

Well I'm halfway through training scheduled for the half marathon on Sunday, March 
18th.  Last Sunday after my 7 mile run, my left foot was a little sore (metatarsal 
area).  Monday after work both of my feet were swollen.  I figured it wasn't a good 
sign, so I decided to take Mon - Wed off from running this week from running.  A 
little rest couldn't hurt...

Monday - Rest vs. Rest
Tuesday - 4 m run vs. Rest
Wednesday - Strength and Strengthen vs. 200 crunches/30 push-ups/30 dips
Thursday - 3 m run and Strength vs. 3 mile run
Friday - Rest vs. Rest
Saturday - 10K race (6.2) run vs. 8 miles
Sunday -  Rest  vs. Rest (rain, rain and more rain!)


Total Mileage To Date
80.8 miles (Start 12/26/2011)

Scheduled Total Mileage:
213.7 miles (End 3/18/2012)
