Sweet Honey French Bread

I did try out another bread recipe last night. It was quite tasty, so I thought I'd share. Sorry I didn't take a picture, but it was pretty!

Original Recipe Yield
1 - 1 1/2 pound loaf


  • 3/4 cup water (Note: I had to add 1-2 TBS of water as it was dry when forming the dough ball)
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 teaspoon white sugar
  • 2 cups bread flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons bread yeast

  • 1 tablespoon of honey to drizzle (optional)


  1. Add to your bread machine per manufacturer instructions. While bread is baking, drizzle with honey if desired.
