Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #3 8/29/2011
Again Week #3 training was a little difficult to stay on track as I was starting to get sick on Monday. Monday through Wednesday I powered through the training even though I knew I was starting to get a chest cold. Definitely not good for running! Therefore, I had to take Thursday through Sunday off.
Left (scheduled training) vs. Right (actual training)
Monday - Strength & Strengthen vs. Leg training
Tuesday - 3 mile run vs. 3 mile run
Wednesday - 35 min cross train vs. 35 min elliptical
Thursday - 2 m run & Strength vs. Rest (SICK)
Friday - Rest vs. Rest (SICK)
Saturday - 4 mile run vs. Rest (SICK)
Sunday - 30 min cross train vs. Rest (SICK)
I'm hoping to at least go for a walk today (Monday), however the weather is suppose to be iffy all day. We shall see.
