American Tobacco Trail Training Week #5

Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #5 9/12/2011

I was on my A game this week for training! 5 more weeks of training!

Left (scheduled training) vs. Right (actual training)

Monday - Strength & Strengthen vs. light upper body
Tuesday - 4 mile run vs. 4 mile run + 1/2 mile walk
Wednesday - 40 min cross train vs. 32 min elliptical + 1/2 mile walk
Thursday - 3 m run & Strength vs. 3 m run
Friday - Rest vs. Rest
Saturday - 5 mile run vs. Rest (bad rainy / cold misty day!)
Sunday - 40 min cross train vs. 5 mile run (swapped with Saturday) I ran with Ashley and her friend Erin. It was awesome! The time just flew and I was like HOLY crap 5 miles already!!!!!!! I need to do ALL of my runs with them!
