Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #6 9/19/2011
Another bad week for training... The outdoor weather this week played a big part on training. It rained for 4 days straight and made it very difficult to run outside. Mind you, I hate running inside on a treadmill as it makes me feel like a hamster on a wheel. The race is only 4 weeks away! As long as I get my long runs in, I'm good to go. =)
Monday - Strength & Strengthen vs. Rest (ran on Sunday so I was tired)
Tuesday - 4 mile run vs. 4 mile run
Wednesday - 40 min cross train vs. 20 min elliptical & 20 min bicycle
Thursday - 3 m run & Strength vs. Rest (rain rain rain!)
Friday - Rest vs. Rest
Saturday - 6 mile run vs. Rest (running on Sunday!) in Shelby, NC for Celeste & Mike's wedding day!
Sunday - 50 min cross train vs. 6 mile run (switched with Saturday)
