RACE WEEK!
Tomorrow is the RACY DAY!!! I didn't really stick to the schedule much this week, but thought I should rest my legs after the 8 mile run this past Sunday. Plus I started my new job this week, so timing was a little off. =) Good luck to all the runners!!!
Monday - Strength & Strengthen vs. Rest
Tuesday - 3 mile run vs. Rest
Wednesday - 30 min cross train vs. Rest
Thursday - 2 m run & Strength vs. 2 mile run
Friday - Rest vs. Rest
Saturday - RACE DAY!
Wait, I thought you were training for a race on Joe's bday...
ReplyDeleteWe are doing another race on Joe's b'day, but that's only a 5K (Turkey Trot). This is the BIG one for the year. =)
