Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #1 - 12/26/2011
For this race we decided to add a little challenge to the training. For each solid 'run day':
Amanda will do: 3 push ups and 10 crunches for every mile
Joe will do: 5 push ups and 10 crunches for every mile
Doesn't sound so bad right now, but 4 days a week of doing it... and then tack on the long runs on Saturdays up to 12 miles! It's a lot! =)
