Bay Six Half Marathon Training Week - #4


Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #4 - 1/16/2011

Monday - Strength and Strengthen vs. 4 mile run
Tuesday - 3.5 m run vs. 30 push ups / 100 crunches
Wednesday - 35 min tempo vs. 3.5 mile run
Thursday - 3 m run and Strength vs. Rest
Friday - Rest vs. 7 mile run (swapped with Saturday due to weather)
Saturday - 7 mile run vs. Rest
Sunday - 3 mile run vs. 5.5 mile run

This week was another good week for training, I was scheduled to run 20 miles and ran 20 miles.  Can't get more consistent than that!

Totals from the start of training (12/26/2011):
Total: 50.8 miles
Total: 81 push ups
Total: 270 crunches
