Friday's Fancies # 2: Let's Fly Away!

This weeks Friday's Fancies is travel oriented to a dream destination.  

Let's Fly Away!  

I've always wanted to travel somewhere, where your loft sits over the ocean water.  Maybe with a glass bottom to watch the sea life below?  Next step... Google Machine...  I looked up the top beaches of the world that was determined by National Geographic.  Here they are in their respective order:

#1 - Seychelles

#2 - Maldives

#3 - Bora Bora, Tahiti

#4 - The Hamptons, New York

#5 - Lanikai Beach, Hawaii

#6 - Nantucket Island, Massachusetts

#7 - Fraser Island, Australia

#8 - St. Bart's

#9 - Langkawi Malaysia

#10 - Kauna'oa Bay, Hawaii

I chose #2, the Maldives, and to be quite honest I was pleased with what I saw.  Who wouldn't be? White sands, clear ocean water and of course the sun...  My mind and body have been stuck in the middle of winter, but my soul has now floated away to these little islands for some warmth and serenity.

I think for a destination like the Maldives, I'd have to have quite a few fabulous bathing suit ensembles. This would be my first.
