Bay Six Half Marathon Training Week - #11

Well it's finally here!  This is my last week of training in preparation for the half marathon.  For the last 3 months, my two feet have traveled 161.9 miles... with 20.1 miles remaining...


Training Schedule vs. Training Actuality
Week #11 - 3/5/2012

Monday - Rest vs. Rest
Tuesday - 5 m run vs. 5.1 m run
Wednesday - Strength and Strengthen vs. Rest
Thursday - 3 m run and Strength vs. 3 m run
Friday - Rest vs. Rest
Saturday - 12 mile run vs. 11 m run
Sunday -  3 mile run vs. 2 mile walk

Total Mileage To Date
161.9 miles (Start 12/26/2011)

Scheduled Total Mileage:

213.7 miles (End 3/18/2012)
