This weeks Friday's Fancies is in regards to the March Madness.
I'm really not a huge fan of basketball (neither college or pro), however I am a big fan of college football (Let's Go Mountaineers!) and pro (Steelers!). I did not attend West Virginia University, however my husband did and I gladly accept them as my team to root for. Joe calls me an adopted Mountaineer! I mean for pete sake I own an entire drawer full of WVU shirts. Thank you Joe! With that being said, when attending games I go for comfort as sitting in the stands for a few hours or even on a couch, comfort is a required!

Florida Atlantic University
I graduated from Florida Atlantic University which has approximately 29,000 students. It obviously isn't a small school by any means, however it isn't known for their athletics. FAU is known for the proximity of the beach (less than 3 miles), warm weather year round, young/old money and especially the surrounding cities (West Palm, Fort Lauderdale, Miami, etc).

West Virginia University
My husband graduated from West Virginia University and when we first met (living in D.C.) we attended the home games regularly. WVU is known for the football/basketball teams, burning couches, partying, and their marching band. One of Joe's favorite things is WVU's marching band, as some of you may or may not have seen the phenomenon on YouTube; I have embedded the link below just in case. Their band is something spectacular.
