Have you ever heard the spring riddle ' April Showers Bring May Flowers?  What do the May Flowers bring?'  I had never heard this riddle until a few years ago while living with my Aunt and Uncle in Washington D.C.  They have two children (my cousins - at the time elementary school age) and my youngest cousin would always get the answer wrong.  It was quite entertaining I might add...

This Spring has been quite strange here in North Carolina.  I'm not sure if I should complain or be happy?  Typically this time of year it's in the mid-60's and upper-30's at night.  For the last two weeks we have seen a lot of rain, pollen and highs in the 80's and low's in the 60's.  It's almost as if we skipped right over Spring...  Sigh...
