Well the race is finally here (Sunday @ 7am)! This week was a little rough due to the warm weather and the high pollen levels. I have spring allergies and I don't like taking medication, so I only ran on Tuesday and took the rest of the week off until Race Day. I mean what is missing one 3 mile run going to do for me anyways?
Week #12 - 3/12/2012
Monday - Rest vs. Rest
Tuesday - 4 m run vs. 3.5 mile run
Wednesday - Strength and Strengthen vs. Rest
Thursday - 3 m run and Strength vs. Rest
Friday - Rest vs. Rest
Saturday - Rest vs. Rest
Sunday - Race Day! vs. 13.1 m run
Total Mileage To Date: 178.5 miles
Scheduled Total Mileage (12 weeks): 213.7 miles

Oooh, hope it went well! You amaze me. I have the endurance to run a mile, and even that comes with screaming and kicking in protest. You are fantastic, keep it up!
