Saturday we spent the entire day painting our master bedroom. It had been a pool blue color for the last 4 years and we decided it was time for a change. Something a little more neutral (blue/grey). It feels so much more open and serene. Just what the doctor ordered. Side Note: each one of our bedrooms has a theme: the Office (no name really), the Humming Bird Room, the Aspen Room, and now a beach theme for our Master Bedroom (name TBD). We still have a lot of stuff to purchase (and put up those oars that are near the headboard, etc.) Once we have more finished I'll take quality pictures and post them.
We may have slipped out in the afternoon for a quick dip in the pool and off for dinner at Tyler's Taproom for dinner and a drink. I also convinced the husband to take me to Home Goods and we were lucky to find 2 aged oars (see above, they will be crossed and hung above the bed)! WOO HOO!
Sunday and Monday morning we had breakfast on the patio. With the water fountain trickling over the edge and the birds chirping in the air who could ask for a better breakfast. For the afternoons we spent out time at the pool.
Two little girls in the pool...
Monday - Freedom Run (5 miler)
We had taken two weeks off of running and it was fabulous until our 5 miler on Monday. The run itself was okay, but it was very, very humid (81%)! We were already sore by the end of the night...

The path that is leading to the forest[ where you run] is very beautiful...I used to go to a similar place for my walks when I was a child in my parents home, there is a forest there in the hills...
