The bunnies have arrived in our yard to snack on our flowers and greenery. I'm mostly okay with it as I understand they too need to survive. Not only have the bunnies arrived, but one of my favorite bird species is also here, the American Goldfinch. Although, it's known as a year round bird here, we typically only see them in our backyard in the late spring through early fall. The golden bright feathers and ever so black wings stand out like a sore thumb in the greenery. By sore thumb, I mean a beautiful bird!

ReplyDeleteLovely flowers. We had a random bunny in the garden downstairs last month which is rather odd for NYC. We think it had to be someone's pet.
