Sunday's Social: Handbag's

I'm not a huge handbag person.  I love them, but I don't have many of them.  I think partially  because the cost of a good handbag, well, is just outright expensive!

One morning on a radio talk show the question was asked: "How many handbags do you own?"  One of my favorite answers was a women's rationale for her slew of handbags: one handbag to match every pair of shoes!  WHOA!  That's a lot of handbags?  The first thought I had was, are they all designer bags?  Where do you store them?  Can I have some of them!?!?!?

What is your favorite handbag you've ever owned?
One of my favorite handbags I own is from the Coach Factory Outlet.  I have this bag in ivory, light coral and chocolate brown.  It's called a Hobo Bag.

What is your dream handbag you lust over?
I love Tory Burch and sadly enough I can say that I don't own one single piece from her line.  So sad...  However, I can't fathom paying $500 for a purse either.  I just can't justify it!

I do love this bag!

While we are at it, I may as well match a pair of shoes to it!

What are the daily essentials in your purse or work bag?
Wallet (hopefully with money it it!)
Lip Gloss
Chewing Gum or Mints
Hair Tie (backup emergency)

Hope you have a great Sunday!

  2. I like to see a pretty, good quality purse, but I also could never justify spending hundreds of dollars on one--even if I had that kind of money! But they are pretty!

  3. I love bags! It's a problem, but the good thing is I like to find some good ones at consignment stores on the cheap! I love your coach bags, so classy! My favorite bag at the moment is my navy longchamp. It goes everywhere with me! The tory's are gorgeous too!

  4. Your purse is really cute! I'd love to own a Tory Burch bag as well, and my ultimate dream bag is a Birkin. However, neither of those will probably ever be in my closet!
Thanks for your sweet comment on my outfit post ~ I'd love to hear your thoughts on my latest one!

  5. I really really love my Tory flats. I think they are the perfect investment but I also am a cheap girl at heart and get a few Tory's on eBay!! For way under $100 too, I would suggest checking there:)

  11. I love the look! Both bags are super cute. Right now, my favorite bag is my burgundy Nine West satchel. It looks sort of vintage, and it's a good size. A good tip for getting good bags on the cheap is to check out thrift stores, auctions, and estate sales. I'd love to splurge on a vintage quilted Chanel bag. (^_^)
