Are you one of those people that try product after product and have a slew of them sitting in your bathroom cabinet?  Whether it's hair products, makeup, etc...    I'm not one of those people.  I really hate wasting money and sometimes when I try new products and they don't work I'm disappointed.  Then it sits in my cabinet growing dust for a few years and eventually the product gets thrown away.  I also don't like change that much, but every once in awhile I figure I should try something new.  I mean I still use Clinique powder and I started using that when I was 13, yep that's 15 years... I mean 16 years...  I can't add and apparently I'm getting old.

So now that the heat of Summer is nearing an end, I am able to wear my hair down more frequently.  I tend to avoid wearing it down in the Summer as (A) the humidity provides me with big, big frizzy hair and (B) I run a lot so then my hair is just 'ruined' from sweating and that hour in the bathroom to blow dry and flat iron just feels like a waste.  The cooler seasons are a little different, I'm able to wash and blow dry my hair 1 to 2 times per week and it doesn't look dirty.  thank you baby powder.  That may sounds gross to some of you, or maybe you think 'wow that's pretty sweet'.  It also should tell you that I have dry hair...  Which is not always a good thing when it comes to the health of your hair...

I decided to read some reviews of the best hair mask out on the market.  I found this article.  The Matrix Biolage Ultra-Hydrating Balm was rated number one so I'd figure I'd give it a go.  I will say that my hair feels much softer and blow drying was a little easier and left it more smooth than usual so that's definitely a plus.  Now I just need to find a good 'after' drying balm to make it a little more sleek. I'm open to suggestions.

  4. Once I find a product that works, I use it forever... unless it gets discontinued which has happened a few times and makes me very sad. I love your hair!

  9. You are super cute! I love how your personality shows in that last photo. I have no advice on hair products though... I'm pretty low maintenance. Sorry I've got no advice there.
