If you read yesterday's post, you know that last week we had a few wintry days here in North Carolina. unusual weather none the less. After our 5-6 inches of snow during the day, overnight lead to sleet and freezing rain. thankful to have kept power. That morning I stayed snuggled under a blanket with a good book and coffee in hand. Joe reminded me that I needed to go take a few photos of the snow and ice that mother nature had just poured on us before it started to melt. I think Joe just wanted to get outside and do something as he had been housebound for almost 24 hours. So as he shoveled I took a few photos. I hardly left the drive away unless Joe had already shoveled it, due to the fear of slipping on the ice covered snow. It was far enough for me.
I LOVE icy photos! So, so pretty-even though it's hazardous walking/driving conditions, I still love looking at the scenery. Did you guys see Frozen?
ReplyDeletebeautiful! I also never got to responding to your newborn gallery, but it was gorgeous! I didn't think the wood was too yellow either. Did she like them? All the props were adorable!
